MEDIUM IBEX WEDGED FROG SUPPORT PADS

Moulded from the same high quality material as the flat pads. Featuring a new sandwich style design consisting of  a full 1.5° wedged frog support pad with a 1.5° rim optional insert. When used together this allows correction of the HPA of horses that cannot grow enough heel to allow you to dress the foot normally. The non abrasive nature of the material prevents the heels from being rubbed away by constant flexion upon a shoe. Frog support unloads the heels to promote better heel growth. Once heel growth has improved the insert can be removed, easing the transition gradually. Ideal for collapsed under run heels, and for unloading DDFT in horses suffering from Navicular Syndrome. Can also be used for helping to assist the media-lateral balance where required, by sanding down or removing a branch of the rim insert.
